Synopsis
A childhood crush resurfaces when Meesha Taylor, a single and goal-oriented woman, reconnects with Malik Jones, a man from her old neighborhood recently released from prison. As Malik struggles to leave his past behind and reposition himself in society, their relationship deepens. However, when Malik’s former street associates try to pull him back into their world, he must make life-altering decisions that will impact not only himself but also the woman who believes in him.
